Made to cut paper patterns. Easily create paper patterns with seam allowance! Cut Paper Patterns with seam allowance between 1/4in to 1-1/4in . (Will not cut fabric) Use with a utility knife or exacto blade. Knife not included. Squeeze the lever to the tip of blade into position. Lock the tip of a blade and follow the stitch line for a perfect distance!
