Join us for a special Juneteenth Sip and Paint Celebration, where we combine art, history, and community to commemorate the significance of Juneteenth. This event invites individuals of all ages and backgrounds to come together, express their creativity, and honor the emancipation of enslaved African Americans.

During this engaging and interactive event, participants will have the opportunity to unleash their artistic talents while learning about the history and cultural significance of Juneteenth. Our skilled instructors will guide you step-by-step through creating a unique Juneteenth-themed painting, designed to symbolize freedom, resilience, and unity.

The event will be set in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, where attendees can enjoy their favorite beverages (non-alcoholic options available) while immersing themselves in the creative process. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, our instructors will provide easy-to-follow instructions, ensuring that everyone can create a meaningful and beautiful piece of artwork.

As you paint, we'll share the story and significance of Juneteenth, which marks the day when news of the Emancipation Proclamation reached enslaved African Americans in Texas, declaring their freedom on June 19, 1865. We will enjoy a few hours of fellowship, food, and painting!

Enjoy the day off with light fare, mimosas (or a glass of wine), and paint a wall hanging too treasure for years to come.

What this event includes:

One sign (your choice), all the components, and paint 
One Glass of Wine on Friday and Two Glasses of Mimosas on Monday
and light refreshments!
