Covid-19 Protocol for In-Class Teaching
As of July 1, 2020 and for the next three (3) months, we will instruct no more than three (3) persons in a class or workshop at one time. This is to practice good social distancing and to be sure there is no cross contamination of shared tools. Each student will be provided a sanitized tool set consisting of:
- seam ripper
- marking tool
- and a ruler(s)
The student is also welcome to bring their own labeled sewing tools. Each sewing machine is wiped down two to three times daily (or more if necessary) - first thing in the morning and the end the learning session. If there is another session the same day; the machines will be sanitize prior to the new students arriving and then again after they leave.
We will provide individual healthy snacks for students if the class is longer than four (4), otherwise water is permitted during class as long as it's in a sealed container. At this time, other food and beverage will not be permitted.
